Our client is the world’s No. 1 PC maker offering computer solutions for public & private services, small businesses and large enterprises.
The PC maker wanted a program that could build and strengthen relations with their top enterprise customers and enhance engagements.
In order to enhance customer engagement, the team at arvato felt the need to know the client’s top customers better. arvato India suggested conducting a deep profiling exercise to capture the customers’ professional and personal information. Team arvato undertook a profiling activity for a database of client’s top 250 accounts. Our team, not only updated the client’s database, but also added relevant fields to allow better engagement with the customers in future.
Team arvato started with de-duplication of database shared by the client, created a new format while adding relevant fields like birthday, anniversary, personal interests, favorite sports, favorite books, etc. Our team periodically updates this database through tele-validation and monitors the movements of key contacts.
The deep profiling undertaken by arvato India has enabled our client to enhance the effectiveness of their campaigns and engagement programs like leadership summits, etc. for C-level contacts. Moreover, the client, with team arvato’s support, undertakes other business & non-business engagements like free business magazines subscription, greeting cards & bouquets on special occasions, quarterly gifts, special service camps, product offers, etc. for the top customers.
