Background

Our client, an American multinational that sells smartphones and personal computers, wanted to organize a meet for its large format retailers (LFRs). In the Indian market, these LFRs contribute to the lion’s share of revenue & sales for the client. Thus, our client wanted to recognize these LFRs and align them better with their sales & marketing strategy for the Indian market.

Since they were organising an event of this kind for the first time, they were looking for a creative agency that could, in collaboration with their partners, two leading IT product distributors, take the end-to-end responsibility of this multi-city meet.

arvato India, as part of event execution, brought life to the event by suggesting strong creative theme, accurate messaging, immaculate stage set up and perfect venue management. Team arvato conceptualized, planned and successfully executed the retailer meets in Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru.

Team arvato was responsible for end-to-end event management for the LFR Meets. Each conference was attended by nearly 250 representatives from various LFRs. We also managed training sessions before the main conferences for key retailers. We took ownership of handling registrations, managing the award ceremonies during these events, besides providing theme-based event kits.
